Reading: Analyzing Informational Text (The Albertosaurus Mystery and various other nonfiction texts) to Draw Conclusions about the Author's Purpose and Theme

Language: Understanding and Using Comparative Adjectives in a Sentence

Social Studies: Frederick Douglass - His Life, Freedom of Expression, Diligence, and Impact on Civil Rights

1.    buried: covered up
2.    location: A place where something is
3.    remains: what is left

6.    evidence: facts that lead to a conclusion or help people find out what is true
7.    fossils: very old traces or remains of plants or animals
8.    prove: to show by using facts
9.    fierce: very wild and dangerous
